  2. Remembering Our Veterans

    May 26, 2017, 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM @ Montpelier Senior Activity Center

    The Montpelier Senior Activity Center is holding an event to recognize our veterans living in the Montpelier community on Friday, May 26, commencing at 11:30am and ending at 2pm. The event is being organized as an Independent Service Project by AmeriCorps Member, Patricia A Paola. We are asking MSAC members to tell their families and friends to save the date.    We are also requesting the following for a display at MSAC during the month of May:  Please scan a veteran's photo (or bring it into the office) and please include name, rank, branch of service, service dates, and hometown with state. Photos and information must be emailed by Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Email to: There will also be an open mic time during the event for veterans and/or families to share stories about military service. More information to follow as it becomes available.
