  1. Open Studio Weekend at Blue Roof Designs

    May 27, 2017, 10:00 AM - May 28, 2017, 5:00 PM @ Blue Roof Designs studio

You are warmly welcomed to visit the Blue Roof Designs studio during the 25th Vermont Open Studio Weekend! The event represents a unique opportunity to meet a wide variety of artists and craftspeople in their studios, some of which are only open to the public during this weekend. Using handmade papers & materials from around the world, I hand-bind journals, photo albums, and guest books using traditional bookbinding techniques. I also design and create custom invitations and announcements. Come for a tour of the studio, demonstrations, and tantalizing talk about the world of handmade books. There will be savings up to 50% off seconds and discontinued styles. Bookbinding supplies will also be available for purchase. I’m studio #57 in the green tour guide. Children welcome! The Spring Event & Resource Guide is available at the Artisans Hand craft gallery or on the Vermont Crafts Council website: http://www.vermontcrafts.com/OSW/maps-directions.html.
