My name is Anita Hoy, I want you to visit this semi-exclusive health space designed for up to 5 people at a time who want to become stronger, leaner and healthier. The non-impact and unusual cardio equipment is perfect for athletic training and it will help those with mobility issues. No treadmills here but you will find a zero impact runner so those of you who have given up running to save your knees, have another option available. Then there are functional fitness trainers, free weights, suspension bands and more. Other features of this space include: Personal Training, Health Coaching and Small Group Training programs If this isn't enough, Massage Therapy is available in the adjoining space.
January 10, 2020, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Community Of Vermont Elders
The Community of Vermont Elders moved into this Montpelier location last May and is opening its doors to community members and partners. Come learn about the work we are doing on behalf of aging adults to advocate and educate people across the State. We would also like to offer space for relevant workshops at our space and a visit with us at the open house may advance this opportunity to host your programs. Join us to see how we can work together to make an impact for you, a family member or friend.
